 10-WEEK SUMMER RACE RAMP UP

Plan group trainings for the long-distance summer races as part of the ORS Race Series.
Races are scheduled over a 10-week period.

Races included in the 10-Week Ramp Up include:
June 8th: (10k) ORS Rose Run 10k - Register Here
June 19th: (5k) Concord Classic 5k (run for time) - Register Here
July 4th: (5 mile) Hanover Firecracker 5 Mile -
August 3rd: (12k) Run Clark Lake 12k
August 17th: (Half Marathon) Running Between the Vines 1/2 Marathon

All of these races would count towards points in the ORS Race Series.

10-WEEK TRAINING SCHEDULE:
